This card was just too fun. I put Glossy Accents on acetate, a few colors of my re-inkers, glitter, then scrunched up tissue & placed it on the back. When it was completey dry I stamped the poppies on the acetate & colored the back of them directly on the tissue with Copics. Hard to see in the pic but almost like a 3D effect.
