This image is so sweet and you coloured her beautifully. She even has shiny hair which must be so hard to do. I don't own any Copics, so can't even imagine how you would get this effect. The colours are gorgeous and the delicate butterflies and flower in the corners frame Penny perfectly. So very glad you shared this with us at ATSM!!
