This one is for a swap called "Jewels", I just knew she'd be the perfect character to use for this swap, she's from High Hope Stamps. This card has a total of 16+ little gems on it, of course I had to add a little glitter to her hair as well, you just can't see it in the pic.
Too cute!! 16+ jewels??? Of course she a little Rock Star!!! What did you color her with....nice job anyway! And yes I can see a little sparkle in her hair......lovely.
