This is a neat technique I found in a video at the Hero Art's blog & decided to give it a try, easier than it looked but I did watch the video 3 times. It's done by cutting 3 - 3 inch circles & the scallops are made with 9 - 1 inch circles taped to the back. I thought it was a pretty neat idea, so here is my version.
