Christmas Confections - Christmas Related Sweets and Treats
Hello and thank you for stopping by, a new challenge begins today at the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog with the theme being: Christmas Confections - (Christmas Related Sweets and Treats). Here is my inspiration for this challenge.
I thought roasting chestnuts, candy canes and cookies for Santa are certainly related to Christmas treats. I'm using Rory Roasting Chestnuts, Rory's Bag of Candy Canes and Cookies for Santa was a gift to the members of the Lacy Sunshine Group on Face Book by Heather Valentin. The other 2 images of Rory are from Lacy Sunshine's online store where you will find an amazing assortment of characters and so much more all created and designed by Heather Valentin, artist and owner of the shop.
I hope you'll come over and join in this challenge sharing your creations with us. I enjoy visiting your blogs and gaining some of my inspiration along the way.
I have a die cut for the 3 panels for this card, colored with copics and colored pencils, added some Puffy Paint for the snow, a little flocking on Rory slippers, Glossy Accents here and there along with glitter, and Stickles. The snoflake is from Martha Stewart punch.

An Altered CD Case
Hello, thanks for stopping by I hope your day is going well. This is my inspiration creation for the new challenge at Julia Spiri's challenge blog. It starts today with the fun theme: Alter Something.
I decided to use this digital image Picking Mushrooms from Julia Spiri's Etsy store, Julia has a wonderful selection of fun and adorable characters and she is coming out with new ones every couple of weeks.
I took an old CD case, emptied it, glued magnetic sheets to the inside, layered my image to embossed cs framing it with lace. I also put the lace on the inside to give it a more finished look. I think I'll use it for those itty bitty dies and keep it close to my table.
I hope you'll come and join in the challenge sharing your creations with us. I do enjoy visiting your blogs and gaining inspiration from you.
Julia also has a fun Facebook group where there is a challenge and sometimes a game where you may win one or more of her images or just to share your creations.

For this card I`m using Spreading a Little Magic Silhouette. I`ve printed her onto a patterned doily, fussy cut then printed another
doily on the cs to layer. It`s really hard to see, I did add a little
gold detail embossing powder along the leaves and heated it with my
heat gun, also ran the side strip through my cuttlebug folder.

Autumn Hues
Hello and welcome to my blog, comments are most welcome.
This is my DT inspiration card for the new challenge at Crafting for all Seasons, the theme this time is Autumn Hues. This was an easy theme for me as it's my favorite time of year and I love all the colors of Autumn.
Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is Tiffaney Doodles where you will discover a wonderful selection of images.
I hope you'll come and join the challenge sharing your creations with us as I get inspired visiting your blogs.
I took a sheet of cs and sponged with various Distress inks (peeling paint, firebrick red and wild honey), sprayed with gold Shimmer spray which isn't showing very well if at all in the picture, the leaves are punched with a Marvy, dragon fly is from a Sissix die, sentiment is from Great Impressions, made a bow with hemp yarn, for the life of me can't remember what the background fabric is called I've had it for years.

Little Ballerina's
Hello thank you for stopping by today. This is the 2nd challenge with the theme "Girls, Girls, Girls beginning at the Julia Spiri's challenge blog.
I fell in love with her wonderful images the first time I saw them they are just so adorable and charming. I'm using Little Ballerina, I flipped one to have them facing each other, then did the fussy cut of them to have them a little more of a 3D. You can find her and many more charming characters with such lovely details at Julia Spiri's Etsy store.
I hope you will come and join in this challenge to share your creations with us. There is also Julia's Facebook group where there is a monthly challenge.
Rather than a card I did a little wall hanging for a little girl's room who takes ballet. Colored with Copics, layers of cs, music notes punched, embossed with Sissix musical note embossing folder, added some gems, ribbon, lace and the background is sprayed with various colors of Shimmer Spray by Lacy Sunshine.
